Wim CoekaertsExecutive Vice President, Software Development, Oracle Wim Coekaerts is executive vice president of software development at Oracle. He is responsible for managing a number of projects including Oracle Linux and Virtualization, Oracle Enterprise Manager, MySQL, HeatWave, Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit), Oracle Visual Builder, and various developer, infrastructure, and management cloud services. Nipun AgarwalSenior Vice President, MySQL HeatWave, Oracle Nipun Agarwal is Senior Vice President of MySQL Database and HeatWave Development at Oracle. His interests include data processing, machine learning and cloud computing. Prior to this role, Nipun played a pivotal role in Oracle Labs, where he directed various research endeavors that later evolved into new Oracle products, such as MySQL HeatWave. Nipun's journey with Oracle began in 1994, following the completion of his Master of Science in Computer Science. For several years, he contributed to the Oracle database team. To date, Nipun has amassed an impressive portfolio of 200 patent awards. |

Mughees MinhasSenior Vice President of Product Management, Enterprise and Cloud Manageability, Oracle Mughees oversees product management and strategy for MySQL Database, Enterprise Manager and OCI Observability & Management technologies. He has more than 20 years of experience developing some of the most widely used Oracle technologies like AWR, ASH, DB Replay, SQL Profiles, etc., and is currently working on MySQL Heatwave, the next generation of cloud databases. He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Sandeep AgrawalConsulting Principal Member of Technical Staff, MySQL & HeatWave Development, Oracle Sandeep Agrawal leads the HeatWave Machine Learning (HeatWave AutoML) project as a part of MySQL HeatWave. HeatWave ML is the product of years of research and advanced development and aims to help both data scientists and non-data scientists quickly apply ML to a given problem. Prior to HeatWave, Sandeep led the Oracle AutoML project within Oracle labs, creating a state-of-the-art distributed AutoML engine.
